What would you say in your follow-up or thank-you letter to your customers who bought, let's say a website from you? What do you think about providing information about other related products/services you offer in that letter apart from thanks and appreciation?

After a sale is completed send a 'Thank-You' letter and alongwith it information about the other products/service you offer which might be beneficial for him/her now or in the near future. Make sure you don't duplicate previous sales pitches, but offer something new, such as more information or a special discount.
