PayPal Will Ban Unsafe Browsers

Paypal is planning to stop users from accessing its financial service using browsers which have no anti-phishing protection, PayPal is recommending the use of blacklists, anti-fraud warning pages, and EV SSL certificates. Most likely "safari" seems to be in hit list.

when paypal sort their own practises out, perhaps then they can start enforcing security on others.

Yea that's right, but it is very difficult to say bye bye paypal since there is no real competitor of paypal.

I'm in the process of saying bye bye paypal right now. Looking at the alternatives, I will be using nochex instead.

I use nochex, paypal and google checkout. I use google where possible, but unfortunately as much as i would like to, I can't see a way of getting rid of my paypal accounts.
