Default Captured video using tv tuner card

Any software that you know which can capture video in compressed format directly from TV tuner?

Paul, As far as i know all tv tuber-cards will capture video in compressed
format ( mpeg or something like that ) which can be reconverted into desired format using different softwares ( converter ) but the doing so you will have to compromise with quality of video...

Thanks for your reply. It is practically very difficult to capture a video size which is about 40 MB which is too much, I can even use "flash mx" that can compress video file into flv format but its also take a lot of time to convert mpeg video into flv format, that is the reason I need such software where I can capture video in lesser time without lossing the original quality.

I think using the divx codec when capturing is your best bet Paul

I'm sure if it where that obvious then Paul would have done it already. I'm guessing but I suspect that he might have already heard of Google somewhere.
