Default Best online business?

There are literally thousands of online businesses out there, but which ones are good and which ones are not? How do you know when an online business is legitimate or not?

The most difficult part about online businesses is that, most opportunities, most of the time, you don't really see anyone to or talk to anyone before you sign up. So that leaves you with just what's on the website or how the website look wether it is attractive or not.

This is what I do when I am about sign up for any type of online business. I look at the website carefully and see if it really makes sense to me. I read and review every content on the website more than once. And then in the end If I am not totally satisfied I will not sign up especially when I know that I will have to spend my hard earned money!!

Whats your opinion on this?

Thats not how you should judge all online websites. Some websites are not coded very well or content is messed up but the service offered is really good.

If language was so important then only UK, US and Countries emerged from British rule would have managed to make their presence in online world. I wont understand anything on a Spanish website but when I need something from Spain then I have to make the judgement from the design only.

I bought a book from a Polish Web site not long ago. Can't speak a word of Polish but they had copied Amazon so successfully I could work out how to create an account and make my purchase without too much hassle.

It is not clear whether you need to check those information with site or you want to start your own online business.

If you want to check the information you can get it easily through google search after typing the site name there, for making sense you need your own judgement finally after going through detail information about particular site checking view/review, however you always need to carry a sort of calculated risk when dealing online.

I agree that you must do your research before registering to any site that involves money, even if the coding and layout is tidy and advance that does not mean it is a trustworthy site. I personally check if pages are encrypted, type of internet security, and payment method before even considering registering to these sites. You may never know if these sites are a scam or the real deal. When it comes to money on the internet you have to be extremely careful.

Some luck factor also makes a difference. Members of enom, myspace, ev1servers, theplanet, Featureprice, registerfly would have never thought that the companies would be sold or go bankrupt but all you can do in such situations is trust your luck.

Enom and MySpace never had any problems after they were purchased by other companies but ev1 and theplanet service went downhill after the change in management.

Featureprice and registerflly are good examples of mismanagement
