Vonage or Skype?

I need a VOIP network which would allow for unlimited UK/Europe calling, what would be the best solution for dedicated business phone line?

you can use 12 voip, which gives you free calls to its selected countries even uk landline and mobile. you just have to add credit to use free calls. it has very cheap rates to other countries than skype:12voip.com/en/index.html
