Post Live chat software upgrade on 01/05/2011!

Dear customers,

Date : 01/05/2011
Time : 00:00 HRS GMT

In order to serve you better, we will be performing an upgrade/update to our exiting Live chat software on the above given date & time.

This new chat software is integrated with our exiting new helpdesk, where we'd have tickets & chat records in the same place, which would further decrease the response & resolution time. It has more advanced configurations & fully equipped with some splendid features, which comprise of built-in auto escalation policies & escalation queues which will furthermore streamline your support requests & channelize them, equally distribute them to a support technician to respond to your query within the SLA.

We will further update the announcement on the latest progress of the upgrades. Any inconvenience is regretted.

Personally I prefer you guys using LivePerson that Kayako, I don't think your installation works correctly. I just opened a Windows Technical Support chat and it kept repeating the following again and again before taking me to the Leave A Message page.

Quote:
There are currently 1 chat request(s) before you in the chat queue.
Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly.
There are currently 2 chat request(s) before you in the chat queue.

etc, etc.
I've just closed it and opened it again, now its stuck on looping this every four seconds or so..

The live chat is one of the main reasons I keep buying from WHUK, as I can get instant support on pretty much anything instead of waiting a few hours for an email.

Go back to LivePerson guys!!

Cool

Hi Jake,

We switched our live chat but we found some bugs because of them we switched back to old one.
We will update you about the next schedule here soon after fixing all bugs.
