Default Kernel Upgrade and mod_security updated on secure.ukhostsupport.com

Dear Customers,

We have upgraded kernel and mod_security on secure.ukhostsupport.com ( 64.62.137.128 ) as there were some security issues with websites running certain files and folders with 777 permission.

Our senior system admins had to upgrade kernel on the server without any notification as the team of kids involved in hacking / cracking / injection of websites would have caused severe damage to other websites as well on same server and decision to upgrade kernel and mod_security was taken instantly to prevent any further problems to other websites.

Certain issues with soholaunch and joomla might be there but the only solution for issues with this 2 softwares is to upgrade existing version of installation and problems with this 2 softwares are not termed under server security issues.

If you face any other problem with your website then you should contact our helpdesk immediately.
