Why did you close Tay's post?

I know it is a bit weird for everyone to say hello but I wanted to reply and say that I have most of my domains with 123-REG and they are s.... not very good. I emailed them on Saturday and still have no reply. I emailed Web UK (here) at the same time and have had about 12 emails go back and forth since.
I just might be moving my other 7 domains from 123-REG !!
