cheltenham server down

the cheltenham server has been down for over an hour now. can anyone enlighten me as to when it will be back up? We are losing customers.

Hi there.. Yes, we have had a heavy DDOS attack on the server. Server and services are online now. You can refer whuk-status for updates.
