Hello,

We are currently investigating a problem on Cluster3. Initial observations show that there is an intermittent problem impacting a few VMs on this cluster. We will update you when we have further news.

Hello,

Most VMs are now up. A few nodes which were disconnected during the initial diagnosis process are having problems syncing back up to the storage, We are working on resolving this. This should take no more than 20 minutes.

Everyone should now have a near normal service restored. If your VM is currently having problems, please come onto Live Chat.

An e-mail will be sent tomorrow detailing exactly what happened, what we will do to prevent it happening again and also details of compensation.
