Hello,

Sincere aologies for the inconvenience caused.

The problem was with the IP address which was assigned to your site. It was not routed properly. I have re-routed this IP on the server.

Please check, your site should be working fine again.

Default Issues following rebuild

Hello

I'm still seeing a couple of issues -

1. if I try to access my email through Horde, there is a config error as follows:
-------------
Some of Horde's configuration files are missing or unreadable
conf.php
This is the main Horde configuration file. It contains paths and basic items that apply to the core framework and all Horde applications.

Create these files from their .dist versions in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config and change them according to your needs.
---------------

2. My CPanel page shows 2.65MB used - as I have a GB or so of mail, I assume this is just the stats taking a while to catch up, right? Please?!!!!

3. There were a couple of emails I received yesterday which have disappeared since the switchover - I assume they arrived after the data was frozen for transfer and before the switchover to the new site. Is there any way to retrieve them? Please don't overwrite the new site with the old one as there are new emails there also, but if I could get even an ascii dump of the mails received from say 9am yesterday to 9am today that would be great.

Thanks

We would request you to change the SMTP port in your email client (eg: Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc) from 25 to 26.The changes will not affect the webmail services & you would be able to access/send your emails through the webmail interface without any problem or without making any changes.
