The web server at 64.62.137.128 and both DNS servers at redbackinternet are unreachable. I've tried tracert from both my connection and DNSSTUFF web site. Ticket has been raised.

Please let us know how things are progressing as developments occurr.

There is some problem with the network configuration in the datacenter. Please allow us some time to get the server back in the network.

The network problem also seems to have affected access passwords on one of my sites. Also mail services on both my sites seems to be down.

Same problem for me Haggis, can't access my mail from my local mail client. Only via entry to Cpanel control panel.

My site doesn't have a password protected area so can't confirm that, although support told me there was a PHP compiling problem which had my whole site down bar the forum!

There was problem with CourierImap service on server due to which pop authentication was failing. The authdaemond process hanged up and got corrupted hence it took a long time to get this problem sorted.

We have dissabled the courierimap service on server & email service is working fine on the server.

I would like to reassure you that you wont face any such downtime in future. If we fail to meet 99.9% uptime in any particular month then we will provide you with free hosting for that particular month. but in cpanel account hosting you may face downtime for couple of minutes but it wont extend beyond that.

PHP has been upgraded on the server to version 5.0.4 and the security and performance of php websites has increased due to this upgrade.
