The server has been unavailable for over 12 hours - the first time I contacted support the answer was "an unscheduled virus scan", the second time "network problems" and this morning "massive DDoS attack"
Could we have a status page with the actual cause of outages and the expected fix time without having to contact support all the time?

Hello Richard,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the network problems we faced recently with the windows shared web hosting server. They have been rounded off & fixed now.
I'd like to thank you for your input on the status page, we'd be posting a notice in the Network Status section on a regular basis, in case such problems reoccur in the near future.

Could I make a suggestion? It is very embarassing to be called by clients to say that their website is unavailable when I am unaware of this. Why not send an email to your clients who have registered websites on a particular server when it is down - forewarned is forearmed!

Hello Richard,

Thank you for your suggestion, we'd be sending an email to our clients as well as posting an update on the forum if such situations reoccur.
