Hello All,

gloucester.webhosting.uk.com is currently down. We are investigating a problem with both the raid card and one of the hard drives.

All customers hosted on this web hosting server are currently offline. We will update you when we have further news.

Gloucester.webhosting.uk.com has suffered a hard drive failure. Our senior administrators have replaced the server hard drive. Backup of all the data is intact. We have initiated restoration of all accounts and data from the available backup and it should not take more than a few hours to restore everything as it was earlier.

Inconvenience caused is regretted. We request you to bear with us during this while. We will keep this thread updated with the restoration status.

We have successfully restored MySQL databases and our admins are in process of restoring MSSQL databases.

MSSQL database has been restored and we have started with the restoration of web data.

All the websites have been restored & are working fine at the moment. Please contact our Live chat support or open up a ticket with our Windows Support Dept if you have have any problems related to your websites, we'll get it sorted out ASAP.

Hi Macocz,
Your issue has been resolved

It was MSSQL database permission issue, please check your site at your end.
