Anyone using ip 91.186.xx.xx having trouble over the last few days ?
Apart from it being offline at present. (network problem)

I have had 'yo-yo' problems over last 3-4 days where one minute sites are fine, the next i can't access them. everytime i goto live support they find no problem, but as i say its up and down.
I assume the problem is probably at my end, but was curious to find out if anyone is experiencing similar problems.
Strange also that network problem (upstream provider) problem twice in a few days, makes me think it possibly isn't at my end????

run winmtr for a couple of hours to see if its network or server issues.

problem with that is that i need to catch it at when it's happening, but i had a word with support and will be sending those along to them next time it happens.
This one i did earlier, but they recognised the upsteam problem anyway.

just leave it running overnight, you will spot it in the morning if its packet loss
