What's going on with Email??

For almost the past 2 weeks, i have experienced intermittent email problems, saying the server is down, when is this going to be corrected?

I've had problems accessing email via Outlook as well as through cpanel, when is this going to stop throwing up errors?

Now could you tell me what's wrong with the server as there is no access to my site nor email, and has been like it since about 2pm?

It seems that your IP must have got blocked on the server. please let me know IP address of the server or your domain name and I will look into this.

This has been removed and firewall restarted.
