Mysql and phpadmin problem -very annoyed

I having certain mysql and phpadmin problems

Here is a snapshot of my phpadmin

Even though there are tables in the database ,I can't see the database (This is due to user permissions for the database) and I waited till one day but they have not fixed it now!

So I was forced to use third party software!

Even though Phpadmin 2.9.2 is available you are still using 2.8 phpadmin why?

also I am not allowed to create database with full permissions -full user privileges

Even though I have a dedicated server - where I can Choose the maximum no of SQL connections,here they have not granted me full user permissions why?

If this problem exists I am going to ask for a refund as they can't even fix a phpadmin panel problem!

It has been 5 days since I got on to dedicated server but day after after there has been some down time and problems,they do not know even the error! at one point I have to point to them!

It has been more than1 day since I reported the plesk problem

but it seems you have not replied for it!

It seems that your are having windows administrators for linux?

When will my site will again online?

could inform me?

If my site is not online with next 12 hours I am seriously going to think of cancelling the server as your support is very weak and I got many problems within these 5 days without doing anything on the server?

Please open a ticket from our helpdesk http://support.webhosting.uk.com. Our forum is a discussion forum and we don't offer technical support through the forum as none of our system admins find it comfortable to reply from forum.

You are most welcome to question here if you dont get reply to tickets but directly posting here and not opening a ticket will not help you nor me.

Here's an update on your issue.

You had corrupted the psa database due to which plesk stop loading. Plesk auto installer is giving error so we have opened a Ticket with SWsoft regarding the plesk reinstall.

We will update you as soon as we get an update from SWsoft.
