Create new Database with..

Hello,

I have used cpanel before and to create a new MYSQL database all I would do is go to MYSQL databases and add a new user and set up the database.

However I am on cpanel optimised v3 and the MYSQL database option is not there to use.... I can use PhPAdmin ok but I need to create a new database and have no idea how.

The tutorial is just for cpanel which I already know how to do.

I am on a Linux VPS hosting package if that helps any.
