Using position:absolute

Hey,

I've used a lot of div tags, and positioned them using position:absolute.
It's positioned fine on my screen but not someone else's. Monitor is different sizes, and this would probably be for others too.

Is there anything I could do to change this so that it's positioned correctly regardless of the resolution or size of the monitor.
