Hi Everyone,

I'm having a mare with VPS hosting atm. I changed host 2 weeks ago due to unnaceptable downtime. Now I find my site down again since 11pm last night and no response from an urgent support call placed 4 hours ago.

So my question is how do you find the suport and uptime here? Certainly looking through the forum things seems very friendly.

Hello Optrex,

Have you tried LiveSupport? They can most probably sort your issue out there, or it may need to be escalated to a support ticket.

Sorry, I've not made myself very clear on reading that back. I'm not with you yet, I am a prospective customer asking the current customer base.

The problems are with my current host and I am considering moving to WHUK.

WHUK has 24/7 support via Telephone, Livesupport and Support Tickets. You should never be let down by the excellent team of dedicated support staff.

as you stated, you can also recieve support via the forums from the dedicated team of members

I agree with Dan and recommend you to sign up with WHUK.
