Welcome Kakihara!
You probably have a virus, have you checked / scanned your computer thouroughly? If not i would advise you to do so.

Check to see if your computer is over heating. Although, most newer systems will tell you about this after you start your PC again. If System Mechanics can't find a problem, it could be a faulty CPU. A faulty CPU can cause your computer to randomly reboot.

bad memory could also be a cause, once you've rulled out overheating. It seems heat is a very common issue atm, even with larger suppliers!
