Default What can I do?

Hi,

I'm working my way down on removing the paypal limitations on my account, as they assum a third party has accessed my account. I removed all limiations except sending documents which I have faxed them longer than 1 month and still no reply.. and on the email it clearly states that they have received my documents will reply on the status of my PayPal account within 3-5 days... now 1 month is completely off.

I reminded them off this and still nothing. Usually when I send technical support emails to them, it takes around a month (30 days) for them to reply. Does anyone know if it's suppose to take longer for faxing documents and waiting for their reply? Otherwise what can I do? I have £353 in my account, can't withdraw this yet, or do anything to it... just been there for months now & I really want to take it out

You should call them to get this sorted. Paypal has done this to many UK based paypal accounts but you should call them to get this sorted.

Yep, they did that to me because i paid via credit card the other day to purchase a new processor from another company by them. I had a 40 minute argument on the phone.

Visit to their Resolution Center and follow the instructions- Steps to Remove Limitations, this is the easiest method to reinstate your account in such case.

I removed all limitations, I am just waiting for their response about the documents. I could ring them, just not looking foward to the bill

If I don't receive a reply in a few days I'll ring them but really PayPal can't do this.. I also sent an email, 7 days no reply, then a few hate emails, still nothing.

Thanks for your advise.

Is your account still limited?

Yep, I complained that i would be forwarding a report to their Complaints Department, Just tell them you have to pay a £400 invoice otherwise your dedicated server will be terminated and you will loose all files, thats what i did and they removed the limitation with immediate effect. It's advised to use the phone as you could be waiting days or even weeks for them to remove the limitation online.

Call them tomorrow and be very polite with them. Last time I called and cracked few jokes on the phone. Our account was restored back to normal within 6 hours after that call

I'm just worried about what they'll think of my voice/age =O

hmmm. seems like you are not comfortable over phone. You should not call if you have this wrong feeling about your voice and age.

I don't have any feelings over that, but just for them. Also it looks like I am out of options

Don't worry, you will get over to their Irish Helpdesk where they are all Jolly and won't have a clue as they are all drunk as hell on Guinness.

Just kiddin'
