"Edit DNS Zone" is empty


When you click "Edit DNS Zone", from your WHM >> DNS function option and the DNS list is empty.




To get such problem resolved you have to check the the cpanel updates option.


Login with root to your WHM >> Server Configuration >> Update Preferences option .

Make sure that your cpanel is updated with STABLE Builds (Manual Update Only)

If it in RELEASE Builds (Automatic) change it to STABLE Builds .

Thanks, I tried that and it made no difference, my list still is missing the domains.
Also when I try and set up a new account in WHM that domain shows in the list but if I try to edit the DNS I get an error.

There were errors in the zone which have been highlighted below. Please manually correct these errors before trying to edit the zone.
