Servers down

My dedicated server is down and I can not get the dedicated support ticket page to come up via the support link. Just getting "The connection has timed out"

Hi Andrew.. Yes, we are facing some issues with the network ranges at the moment. Our network team is working on it. Will keep you posted in the same thread.

I too have my server down and a number of websites hosted which is unaccessible.

This has been the 3rd network issue that has hit my servers this year, and according to the website we should have 100% network uptime.

What does this 100% actually mean?
