eBay email problem

One last email question :

I'm trying to get a change of email address acknowledgement from eBay to one of my email addresses, but unfortunately it never arrives - not in Junk/Trash and Spam Assassin doesn't do anything to it (mainly because its not active!)

Any idea why I never get it ? eBay say its not a problem at their end.

Hi Nicholas,

I have been checking for the logs on our hosting server for your account. No logs found on the server for ebay sending/receiving emails. I have checked the reject logs too. But, no logs found.

While investigating further, I see that emails are received from ebay to other accounts on the server. If you could PM me the exact email account you have having issues with, I will investigate your issue further.
