Default Webhosting issue.
What's going on, my site is loading very slow or not at all. Everything looks OK on the server so is this a node problem.

Hi,

There was a network issue at LINX (London Internet Exchange) in which a segment in the Brocade LAN had failed causing 80% network loss and a partial outage.

The situation has since been resolved, but if you're facing similar issues then I'd suggest submitting a support ticket or visit livesupport for it to be looked at officially.

I did contact support at the time and they could not see anything wrong with my server. All is back to normal now.
