Website and email down

Has anyone else found that their website is not responding and emails aren't being sent or received.

It was all working up until 2pm today...

Since the last post, there does seem to have been email problems every week, with people having to adjust server load or some such thing frequently.

Hi Nicholas,

There are 2 customers hosted on same server and they seem to be overloading the server. I have asked our support staff to send them copy of our TOS and serve them 7 days notice.

We will ask them to consider a dedicated server or else we will help them to move their hosting to another company.
