Default Server not found error for a select few customers.

I recently upgraded from a vps to a dedi, since the change I've had a lot of complaints from customers saying that they can no longer access the site since the server changed. The change took place on the 4th of Jan and its now 16 days later and while most people can get on, there is a select few that cannot.

Tried everything we can possibly think of, but can't figure out a solution, if anyone could no the possible cause of this please let me know.

It might be that the firewall is blocking the IP's. I suggest you to send an email at dedicated[@]webhosting.uk.com with the server login details so that we can check this further. Provide with the IP's from which the domain is not accessible.

Hope this helps
