Default Why my server didn't work good

This is important question for all hosting provider
"Why my server didn't work good"
I want learn more form other users, thus we improve our experience.

My first question
Which processes decrease our resources?
I have a client. He use WordPress. Newly his vblog use my VPS all resource.
Finally I disable he domain.

Now, I want to know Which processes decrease my resources?

You need to monitor all processes running on your server, usually sites having lots of video with heavy traffic will eat up all your server recourses also most Java based applications affect your server performance.
