Looking through the list it seems that most of the worst sites are from the category of "easy money making/HYIP sites" if I am not wrong.

Thanks for the information.I totaly agree with Pumazooma that the list is just a sample list. There are hundred thousands out there which are engaged in unfair ways or so called scam sites.
