Blocking adult sites

Is there any way to block adult sites from being browse for my interenet connection? I want to block adult site on this particular computer. Is there any software available for this?

Try netnanny.com/or similair filtering software. You're probably going to have to pay though. Or you could stop surfing adult sites - that works as well

Block in IE 7>tools>internet options>content so on through Content Advisor, you can set your settings. "Ratings" tab & Approved Sites" tab>General tab the content you want to disallow.

Ah yeah I'd forgotten about that in IE7 - has anyone used it?

If you use Mozilla, try Adblock. It can filter websites. You also need to disable your browser's tool menu and status bar.

Best way to avoid adult content- use programs such as Zone alarm security suit that also includes identity theft protection, IM protection, parental control, and much more...
