Default Security alert on IE

As mentioned, I sometimes use IE when i'm surfing. But there is this alert that tells me about security settings. that I still have to click it around 3 times to view the page I'm visiting. It alerts me of cookies or the page being not safe when I'm just visiting yahoo mail. How can I turn this alert option off on IE?

Tools >> Internet options >> Security

From here you will need to reduce security of all 4 options. Its not good to reduce security as opening new websites is not safe with IE and its better to add them manually in trusted sites as per your trust on the website you visit.
