Giving up has been one of the best things I have done - giving up is horrible but worth it.

so you stopped smoking and didn't switch to anything else ?

I stopped smoking few years back but switched to something else. I guess its not easy for a Man to change

And how is that coke habit coming along Admin ?

I'm not sure I switched to anything else but I did put on a lot of weight.

I have already started loosing weight from last couple of months. I didn't change any of my eating habits but started eating 1 bowl of Oats every morning and that has surely helped me loose fats.

You may consider that as Oats are full of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fat soluble Fibre.

Try sitting in front of a PC for 18 hours a day. A complete lack of excercise should do the trick.

I don't think you can gain weight no matter how many hours you work in one place and eat all the time

Maybe you can eat some Calcium to improve weight of your bones

Also you need to improve your eating habits avoid as far as possible junk foods, moreover it is good for health that you should have a balanced diet.
