dificulties in reading the text

Hello!
I had problems at reading a site www.webhosting.uk.com.
Instead of normal letters at my monitor are some mad signs.
Most likely you have some problems on the site?
Could you please prompt me how to make so that letters on the screen became Latin, instead of hieroglyphs as now?
