Default Error Msg: Name or Service Not Known

If we have noticed that the File Transfer Protocol service which is not running on to on of the most knowned plesk server and which are unable to restart.
Where as the /var/log/messages shows errors following logs

server xinetd[2566] : START: ftp pid=14771 from=192.168.0.10
thier was an ftp from the IP address : 192.168.0.10

server proftpd[14771]: IPv4 getaddrinfo 'server.hostname.com' error: Name or service not known
The service ask for hostname to the seerver. Where as the server show a error which is service not known

server proftpd[14771]: warning: unable to determine IP address of 'server.hostname.com'
again shows the that the Ip address is unable to determine.

server proftpd[14771]: error: no valid servers configured
Shows the server trying for is notvalid.

server proftpd[14771]: Fatal: error processing configuration file '/etc/proftpd.conf'
it again shows that there is fatal error with in the processing of the web server configuration of the web services

server xinetd[2566] : EXIT: ftp status=1 pid=14771 duration=0(sec)

The above all the error logs do indicates that the hostname of the "server.hostname.com" is not set at /etc/hosts is not correct and is ambiguous . This is not set to the correct or the condition is complete ambiguous in all the situation. To resolve this issues complete the user have to make some necessary changes with in the control panel. We have to set the correct hostname which is their in plesk control panel. As soon as its is done the user won't see any of the error.
