I haven't used RVsiteBuilder till now but when it comes to WYSIWYG layout interface Dreamweaver is my choice

Yes Dreamweaver is good.. But I would still prefer RVSiteBuilder, I have personally used it and its user friendly interface is fully designed for novice users. Besides their ready to use templates make life easy..

Well, RVSitebuilder is not included in cPanel control panel. However, WHUK offers it for Free with Linux Shared and Reseller hosting packages.

Thank you Garry to bring it to the notice! My sentence was wrong. Yes WHUK offers RVSiteBuider for free with Linux Shared or Reseller Plan and is not included in cPanel. Just need to confirm about VPS and dedicated servers.
