Hello,
Client can manage his billing account by log in into his billing area. Some of features of WHMCS (Billing Software) are as follows:
My Details :
You can edit your personal information using the option.
Sub options are as follows:
Manage Contacts: You can manage secondary contact using this option.
Add New Contact: You may add new contact by clicking on this option.
Change Password: You can change your billing area password using this option.
My Products & Services:
You can view the status of your total Products using this option and can view the product details including user name and password by clicking on the edit tab.
My Domains:
You can view your domain details using this option; you may edit contact information of the domain using this option.
My Invoices:
You can view your due and paid invoices using view invoice and can download the invoice using the option “Download” at bottom of the invoice.
You can pay/setup subscription for the invoice, once you open the invoice << select the option form drop down menu below UNPAID << proceed with the payments.
My Support tickets:
Our billing software: Whmcs and help desk (support tickets) are not integrated with each other. To open a help desk ticket, you have to register your account using your email address and password so that you can view/open tickets. You may contact our Billing Department for more information.
My Emails :
You can view the history of all messages we have sent to you. It allows you to easily read any correspondence relating to your account in case you lose any of your emails.
Affiliates:
If you have your affiliate account, you can view Registration Date, Number of Visitors Referred, Current Balance and Total Amount Withdrawn. You may contact our Sales Department in order to create your affiliate account.
Add funds:
I am sure that Add Funds is the best option for the customers who are very busy and don’t have enough time to log in into billing area and pay the invoices. They can add funds to the billing account which will be utilized for the next renewal invoices.
