This has been sorted now as we switched our Carrier early in the morning. please check and let us know if you see any other problem.

Apparently the problem is not totally solved. It's not as bad as before, but once in a while the web site becomes very slow in download time. after a short while it's back to normal. I have just one domain, small database, and no large emails. I tried in a different ISP (not Tiscali) and had the same problem. What's going on here?

Please advice asap.

Please let me know your domain name as I would like to check if something was wrong with the Server or our Network.

With Virgin when browsing the same page, or site over and over again it would get slower and slower and then eventually timeout but when I surf a different site altogether it's fine.

Btw, why has many customers moved from Pipex to Tiscali?
