Default WHM Module for PHPcoin

Hi

I am trying to set up the WHM automation module for phpcoin but I don't have access to the Accounting.php.inc file in WHM.

Support has told me that the path below is correct but even with this path set in the module Parameters it is not working.

/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Accounting.php.inc

I have seen other talk about using this module on these forums and I was wondering how you got around this issue.

Thanks
Matty

Hi, it has been a while since I used coin and can't remember linking to this file.

Can you tell me which file you need to edit to link to this file? that way i can give you the file contents I have. (although not using it now, it does work and is still setup on one of my domains)

Hi, Thanks for your reply

This setting is edited by logging into the admin side and following this path:

Admin -> Parameters Group: All Subgroup: WHM

That brings up the WHM module Parameters Editor the setting I am interested in is the 'WHM: Account file locaion ' this is near the bottom of the list.

It is currently set to '/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Accounting.php.inc' which admin tells me is correct.

Other settings which I am not sure about are:
'WHM Host Domain' mine is set to localhost is that correct?
'WHM User' Should this be set to your WHM user name?

Thanks again
Matty

Thanks,

I have checked my settings against yours and they are all the same but I am still having the same problem.

The problem I am having is when I login to the admin section and view the WHM mode all I get is the header then a blank screen and no footer.

what do you get when you go to:
your-site-domin/mod.php?mod=whm

Have you got any ideas as I am stumped
Matty

What I get is a list of domains i added using whm also a couple domains in whm but not in coin (sinse i stopped using it).

Yes the access key has been set but I reset it just to be sure.
No joy

So I lowered the php error reporting and got the following error.
any Ideas.

hi Matty,
Seems to me those errors are caused by one or 2 things as I think you already mentioned.

1) You must have the curl+SSL module installed for this to work
2) open_basedir restriction needs removing.

Looks like the accounting file path is correct but you are restricted from using it by the open_basedir restrictions.

Armed with the errors above, support should be able to sort it. Before you contact them though check that open_basedir Protection isn't enabled in your WHM. Login to your WHM
WHM>Security>Tweak Security>Php open_basedir Tweak

I sent the error messages to support and they sorted the problem.
