Can someone please check this out for me. I want to know if this just tells you if you have broadband enabled in the area or if you do have broadband (Just plug in and surf)

I think everything was written in detail there,
first it tells you that you're able to benefit those three services:

ADSL
Cable
Satellite

Then it tells that you're using BT as an internet provider, so just compare what you're paying this company from the list price to see what services you have

Well I want to move house but I am not sure if it's "Plug and surf" I know I have BT Provider but I am not sure if the internet service has gone through yet... wondering if you check that out for me?

Does that site provide comparison of prices from other broadband service providers?

This site only tells you if a phone number can get broadband not that broadband has already been enables. I've never heard of plug and surf - I woudl assume that if you were moving house you would have to cancel the broadband account at your old address and then arrange a replacement at the new address just as you would do with any other service.

One last thing any advise for a good ISP around East London area? I signed up for AOL Broadband I am hoping everything would go well

I had to move area as the area I was orginally at had poor interent service -- I had to keep switching ISP's.
