Horder/Squirrel mail not working

Hey,

From cpanel (for clan-wars.net) horder and squrrel mail server is not working...

Horder -> Select language -> click login -> nothing happens
Squrrel Mail -> login -> see mail -- unknown mail never seen this before... doesn't let me login and select which mail account I want to login and I am not sure what mail I am viewing...

Any ideas?

P.S. None of your team is answering live chat.

Hello Karim,

We have recently switched our livechat software as per your previous suggestion and now we have alivechat as our chat software. code was modified on the main website but our developers forgot to modify it on the support site. I realized that you were trying to open the chat from support.webhosting.uk.com and that was not working. I have made necessary changes now so please come on our livechat.

also let me know the ticket numbers so that I can see why you never got any reply from anyone. it can be something else as well so I will comment once I see the tickets.
