Hey admin,

I instaleld support center and cerberus
help desk but need help getting the username and password..

"clan-wars.net/cerberus-gui"
"clan-wars.net/support-center"

Also I went through phpmyadmin but that would'nt work.. so I had change the email address from "superuser@localhost" to my email address and when using the lost password function the password doesn't send..

Is this to do with SMTP ??
May I know where you got the superuser login and password information from?

Nvm it's going great, I got the default login details, created profile.. assigned profile id in support-center config.php but still getting this error..

I'm gonna look into it again

I am quite sure that you will need my help to make it work as none of our support staff has managed to install Cerberus properly without my help.

I installed it fine

Got admin working

Just going to customize the css theme file

I'm trying to be smart..
Ok crying...

I registered (test user) opened a ticket and submitted a ticket ... and it won't view the ticket in open or close ticket section :S

To change the themes put one of the four colors in the theme link in your index.php file.

Thanks, also James you cerberus helpdesk should be blue and not green it will suit your site much much better.

Replace
