Q1. I have lost all my data & I have no backup on my computer, would you restore my original site ?
Ans : Yes. We have weekly backup configured on all our servers so we can restore backup from last Saturday before you lost the data.
Q2. Do you provide anti-virus protection ?
Ans : Anti-Virus is installed on all our windows servers but only few Linux Servers have anti-virus installed as anti-virus overloads servers and sometimes mail configuration is broken by anti-virus.
Q3. What extra facilities for E-commerce sites for payment basis ?
Ans : E-commerce sites can have their own payment gateway configured from shopping cart installed for the site. Our Sales department can provide assistance for configuration of E-commerce sites including setup of payment gateways in shopping cart administrative section.
Q4. I have two accounts; can I transfer my data between two accounts ?
Ans : Yes. You can do from your end or contact our support team to get the data copied.
Q5. Do you provide IMAP4 access to e-mail ?
Ans : Yes.
Q6. How can I update my billing details ?
Ans : You can login into modernbill from our main page with the email address that you used for setup of account at the time of signup. You can choose forgot password option if you have lost the login password.
Q7. Can I host my website in foreign language ?
Ans : Most of the languages are supported on the server but some languages like chinese and japanese are browser dependent so you need to have compatible browser on your computer.
Q8. Do you offer customized plans? My current requirements do not fit in any plans ?
