Btw the help center .. it's powered by something what would this be?
On my site I want something (simiular) to what you have (help center) I saw this from hostmonster.com how can I get this and is it free software?

You need to login as superuser from the helpdesk and then enter the configuration menu. in configuration you will find support-center profiles which you need to setup as per your requirements.

profile ID will be assigned to your support-center account which you need to put in config file of support-center.

remember that helpdesk login URL for support staff is different and for customers it is http://www.clan-wars.net/support-center/

I am not able to guess where you have installed cerberus as http://www.clan-wars.net/support-center/ is just support-center

Sorry I am confused... I download and installed Cerberus Support Center (3.5.1 Release) from http://www.cerberusweb.com/downloads_helpdesk.php

Are you saying I must install something else? If this is the case can you please let me know the URL of where I can install this? I have only installed the above..

Download Agent GUI for PHP4/PHP5

Download Support Center

Linux libc5 (RaQ/RH6/etc.) (build 592)

make sure that you have downloaded all this 3 and go through the documentation properly. Its not going to be so easy for you to install Cerberus for the first time. It takes only 2 mins for me to install it but you may loose around 2 days in its installation

what is the command to extract tar?
