Q1. I need my site to be as fast as possible, and am concerned that I may end-up sharing my server with an extremely high-traffic business (e.g. adult content) - can you guarantee against this?
Ans : We will issue full refund if you see your site running slow from our servers. Our servers are in the best datacenter of the world which has got fastest network.

Q2. I've heard that some people experience problems with their osCommerce cache populating their webpage with another 'neighbours' products (by 'neighbour' I mean another one of your customers on the same shared server) - could this happen?

Q4. What are the additional penalty charges if I exceed my bandwidth quota?
Ans : You are sent notifications couple of times once you cross 80% mark. You should contact us after that so that you can upgrade or your site will get suspended automatically once you cross 100% mark.

Q5. Do you offer Dedicated IP Addresses ? I think I read somewhere that I may need this due to SSL Certificates. Is this correct?
Ans : We charge £2 per month extra if you need a dedicated Ip Address which is usually used for SSL.

Q6. Do you have support for DEDICATED SSL Certification as opposed to a 'Shared SSL' you mention on your site? - is this free and supported?
Ans : Shared SSL is free but you will need to use a URL like
https://secure.ukhostsupport.com/~username/ which doesnt look good for big sites with big products. We sell dedicated SSL certificate for £49 per year. Dedicated IP is free if you purchase the certificate from us.

Q7. Are 'register globals' enabled or disabled in this package? ..and am I able to turn it on or off myself in cPanel?
Ans : Its disabled by default but you can enable or disable it as per your
requirement from .htaccess file.

Q8. If I were to start paying you per month from my personal bank account, when I get around to registering my business and getting a business bank account can I easily switch over to paying you from there instead?
Ans : We accept paypal and credit card payments only. You can send check to our office address but our packages cost very low so you wont need to think of direct bank payment.

Q9. StreamlineNET are currently offering 3-months free trial - would you be able to offer a 3-month trial to me?
Ans : Nope. We offer 30 day money back gurantee so we cannot give free trial.

Ans : If you open ticket for your customer then we will help with that issue but we will not provide support to them directly.

Q17. How many real domains can I host, is there a limit?
Ans : You can host unlimited number of parked domains as well as addon domains. There is no limit on domains but the limit is on combined space and bandwidth.

Q18. About Subdomains:
If my url was www.hello.co.uk could i create many subdomains with naming
such as: www.jack.hello.co.uk or www.hello.jack.co.uk
Ans : Yes. You can do so.

Q19. And with subdomains, does it allow you to type www.jack.hello.co.uk in
the url address in internet explorer and get the webpage like you would
typing in www.hello.co.uk
Ans : Yep.

Q20. with the os Commerce feature, does this cost more to setup? and is this
as good as using paypal on your website?
Ans : We don't charge for osCommerce as it comes for free with the control panel. You won't need to pay anything extra to anyone if you would be using paypal in your os Commerce.

Q21. How long will it take to setup my account and start uploading/running my websites?
Ans : 10 minutes after you signup and make the payment.

Q22. Is 30GB monthly transfer enough for my 5 websites, all are not large in
file size around 1mb each max. how many visitors does this allow again ruffly?
Ans : Hardly 3 - 4 customers of our 12 servers have used close to 30 GB traffic so its a huge amount of bandwidth and it wont be easy for you to use that amount of bandwidth.

Q23. Whether you support quicktime streaming at all so I could stream audio?
Ans : We don't support quicktime streaming on our servers.

Q24. Do you support any plugins for creating thumbnails on the fly from jpeg images?
Ans : Yes we do support plugins for creating thumbnails on the fly from jpeg images.

Q25. Is it possible to use both asp and php scripts on the same hosting package?
Ans : You will need to signup for windows package for having asp support.
