Q1. Will the server be running mysql and php ?
Ans : Yes. Server will be running MySQL & php.

Q2. Is the server apache, windows or free bsd ?
Ans : Server is Linux Server with cPanel control panel and Apache Web Server.

Q3. Does the hosting give streaming audio, and which format ?
Ans : http streaming is supported on the server and we will give you all the details that one needs to go through for http streaming.

Q4. Is the bandwidth figure per month, or year ?
Ans : Its per month.

Q5. I've worked out that I'll need a starting space of 500 tracks * 56 Mb (approx 28G). How much would this be, & extra space be when I need some ?
Ans : It would cost £34.99 per month or £299.99 per year for 30 GB Space and 200 GB Bandwidth.

Q6. Can you transfer the domain name and the contents of my existent Web Site to your Web Host ?
Ans : Yes. we will transfer your domain name & contents of your site.

Q7. I have no Visa Card, but the payment can be done with a Visa Card of a friend as I did in the past, can this be done that way ? I'll pay him the fees over here afterwards ?
Ans : If you wish to pay from his card then you will need to put his name in the billing information section of our signup form. We will change the details to yours once the billing system accepts the payment & your account is setup.

Q8. I'll like to send notification of the existence on my Site to others, but not with the Site e-mail, is this an obstacle or problem with you that I send notification to others, its not a SPAM mode, my e-mails are active and any one can contact me afterwards if they wish ?
Ans : Thats not a problem but we won't accept any spam complains against the emails you sent.

Q9. Can the up-loading be done with FTP Program ?
Ans : Yes. You can use any ftp software to upload contents of your site. You can also use file manager in your control panel to upload the contents of your site.

Q10. How soon can the transfer be done after receiving the payment ?
Ans : Transfer of data will be done in 24hrs but transfer of domain will take 2 to 3 days.

Q11. If I was to purchase a reseller account would it cost me for you to update the name servers on existing domains with yourselves to point to my reseller account ?
Ans : All you need to do is contact your domain registrar and then update the nameservers of your domain to ours. You will not need to pay us anything for that.

Q12. As at the moment my clients have domains with you under the linux copper package - There domains would need to be changed to point to my account ?
Ans : If you are yourself registering the domains of your clients then there will be no problem as we will have the nameservers registered to that of your reseller account. And in case the clients are using their existing domain then they can update the nameservers at their respective registrar end.

Q13. Also as I would be taking over the hosting finances, how will I know when the domains are up for renewal, will you inform me?
Ans : Yes, definately you will be intimated regarding the renewal dates of all the domains that are being registered with us. We have a billing software that auto generates the reminder renewal emails well in advance so that you will get sufficient time to renew the domain as well as hosting.

Q14. Lastly my clients didn't receive a certificate from nominet to say that they own the domain ? I received one for my domain which is currently hosted with a different company! - Why is this?
Ans : Well in this case you will need to email nominet and get an update from them to make sure that the registration has been completed successfully.

Q15. I've been unable to find any reference to domain parking on your website. Would you be able to tell me the policy you hold regarding domain parking?
Ans : You can add unlimited number of addon & parked domains in the Premium and Supreme Plan and there are no such restrictions to the parked domains untill and unless they are not used for sending spams from the server.

Q16. I'm also seeking the ability to include a number of add-on domains which would enable a User to enter my site at a specific area via a specific URL (i.e an add on domain). Would you be able to tell me the policy you hold regarding domain parking?
Ans : You can add unlimited number of addon domains.

Q17. Do you offer both linux and windows based servers ?
Ans : We offer both Choices but features are limited on the windows server and it is mostly preffered by those who need asp or asp.net

Q18. We are unsure what the bandwidth usage of the site will be. Therefore, we would like to know what are your charges for exceeding the monthly quota and for upgrading the package if we find we are regulary exceeding the quota?
Ans : You can start with our Basic Plan and upgrade to higher plan at any time because we dont charge anything extra for upgrade other than the difference. Extra plan should be good one to start with as space and bandwidth on Basic plan is good for non commercial sites.

Q19. We currently have a gTLD which we would like to transfer; would there be an additional charge associated with this transfer, if so, would we still recieve a free co.uk domain as part of the package ?
Ans : We charge 9 GBP extra for transfer of domain and you can get your free domain any time. Please note that domain name will be free for the first year only and you will be charged from the second term.

Q20. Do your packages place any limits on the number of mailing lists that the site can carry ?
Ans : We donot put any restrictions on number of mailing lists.

Q21. First of all, will you be able to meet my requirements?
Ans : Yes, we will provide and also support you for all the below mentioned features. Yes we can provide you with unlimited subdomains, addon domains, mysql databases, pop3 accounts, email forwarders, auto responders, ftp accounts and also with that we can provide you 160GB SATA Hard drive and 1500GB Bandwidth per month.

Q22. what is your policy on bulk e-mail ?
Ans : You can send 250 mails per hour, so it will hardly take 12hrs to deliver your mails to your 3000 subscribers.

Q23. Third, the price quoted is £99 (+ VAT, I assume), is that per month or per year?
Ans : The price 99GBP is a per month price and is inclusive of all the taxes and VAT, there are no hidden prices with this. Also wanted to mention that if you wish to have any additional features other than above while signing up, you will need to pay for those accordingly.

Q24. Are these Basic/Extra/Premium plans 'shared' host packages?
Ans : Yes. This are shared hosting packages.

Q25. What is the geographical location of your shared metered-servers ? (I am based in the UK). And are these YOUR OWN owned servers?
Ans : Our servers are located in Cedar Falls datacenter in US as well as RackSpace Datacenter UK and this are our owned servers.
