1. Do you restrict any filetypes from being hosted on the reseller
accounts? Ans : Linux plans will restrict you from hosting asp, aspx extensions while windows plan will allow you to host all extensions. 2. Do you allow file distribution websites on the server, such as mp3 sites or photo download libraries? Ans : Yes. We allow you to host mp3 sites as well as photo download library. 3. If yes, if there any thing you don't allow which I should be aware of? Ans : I am not aware of anything in particular that doesnt work on our server but we try to help our customers with all they may need and untill and unless its impossible for our system admin we try our best. We offer money back gurantee which you can opt for if we fail to stand upto your expectations. 4. Do you allow custom cgi scripts etc? (Some hosts make you use their own preinstalled scripts) Ans : You can use your customer made cgi scripts. Make sure that they don't make a loop and overload the server. 5. Does each host using my reseller hosting get their own control panel? Ans : Yes. 6. Can they sign up on my account automatically or do I have to set up accounts manually? How are payments processed? Can one of my clients buy the service online automatically? Ans : You can purchase license for billing software like modernbill or whmautopilot as this 2 softwares allow you to setup accounts automatically on the server and most of the billing work gets automated. 7. Is the reseller account fully customisable and can I add my own logo etc? Ans : Yes. You can do that from branding section of WHM. 8. Do I get my own custom nameservers? Ans : Yes. We will send the private nameservers in welcome email. 9. How much do you charge for extra bandwidth per gig over the account allowance. Ans : In such We suggest you to upgrade your plan but we will charge 1 GBP per 2 gigs of bandwidth if you dont want to upgrade. 10. Will you support me if I email you with a question that I am unable to answer, which has been raised to me by one of my clients, or do you say they are my customers I have to support them 100%? Ans : We will answer any questions that you raise. We won't allow your customers to directly come to us for support as that can make problems for your business and our relationship may get hurt. 11. Is your Datacentre in the UK? Ans : Reseller plans listed on our website are activated on US based servers. Quality of network and uptime cannot be good on UK servers and thats the reason we have most of our servers in US. If you need UK based server then the price would be twice. 12. Do you offer shopping cart software? Ans : We offer different types of shopping carts which you can install from your control panel. 13. What can you tell me about your company history? How many years you are in business and how many customers you have? Ans : Yes you can host each 5 domains as addon domains and parked domains on the basic plans, 10 domains as addon domains and parked domains on the extra plan and unlimited on the higher plans. 19. Do you have reseller hosting packages? If so - how many domains can I host, can you setup private name servers? Ans : Yes we do offer reseller plans you can go through the link http://webhosting.uk.com/reseller.php It depends on the space you provide to your clients also we do setup private nameservers if you wish for the reseller plan. 20. How many email boxes I can create, is there any attachment size limitation? Ans : You can create unlimited email accounts on all the shared plans . The max attachment size limit is 10MB. 21. Account Upgrades. Is there any fee for upgrades? What is the cost of additional resources? Ans : For every extra 2GB bandwidth you will be charged £1 or else you will need to upgrade to the next higher plan and the difference will be charged to you. And for the disk space upgrade you will need to upgrade to the next higher plan. 22. What else can you tell me about your company and services? Why should I join you?
