Friend can't access the site

Hey!

He can access all other sites except for this one "Team-X1.co.uk" I kinda did everything I can....

I told him to use this link but I'm wondering why it's not working and does for the others: 87.117.236.60/~team-x1/

Different nameservers are updated at different times, maybe his haven't been updated yet. Has it been 48 hours since you pointed Team-X1.co.uk to his site?

Open a ticket for our support team and provide them with the IP address of your friend. Ask your friend to open whatismyip.com and he will see his IP over there. Provide this IP to our support team for investigation.

Lol also when I went into sentienel security for php-platinum it doesn't even scan his IP!
