Nah negative support team. I say to them: "Is this TCAdmin" Compatible with Linux plans?" and they say "No! Only windows plans, we have refunded you and please don't waste our time"

Just a question then bang! I say to them "can't you just switch me to modern bill?" they say "Listen.. modernbill is a billing system not a gaming system"

Well.. I want to get this modern bill but how much is the installation again admin?

If you get Modernbill installed from the support team of modernbill then they charge you $50 for installation and we charge same thing. Installation is done in few steps but customization and configuration of all parameters and payment gateways is time consuming and thats why we try to avoid installation of modernbill for customers. Even if we install it for then you will have 100 questions about it which can take many days for us to answer.

If you are willing to read their documentation and do every internal configuration on your own then I am ready to install it for free. I wont be able to answer how payment gateways work and how account setup and everything else works in it. You will need to figure out those things from the documentation.

Cool, well no I am not expecting you to tell me how it works, how to configurate it etc.. just installation will do fine. And yes I will read the documentary. Anyway, don't know what is going on but... support team are changing there answers will different reply per customer. Basically they said to me

"everything will stay the same, except the performance will imrpove"
after they said
"you can't have this and whm cpanel for £80 it must be £95"

Now I told them no more than £80.... without WHM how can I manage the modenbil?

We offered discount of £20 on the basic configuration which is 20% discount. We cannot offer cpanel WHM for free as we need to pay $35 per license to cpanel.net

If you find it difficult to afford this pricing then wait for some time. There's no need to hurry as of now.

Waiting longer will help as the cost of server would remain same but your business will have opportunity to grow. If you don't manage to grow your business and improve your income then wait till you do so
