Hey admin,

Is it possible to upgrade the kernel version so I can have my teamspeak hosted in UK? Two UK Nodes?

I told them this before but they said. "We won't update a kernel version just for one client"

Fair enough... But, chatting with members at goteamspeak.com they said you should upgrade the kernel in the middle of the night so as to minimise disruption due to the reboot needed of the host hardware.

Alot of members are saying, a poor host wouldn't do that... not worth being with them if they are not bothered to upgrade etc bla bla.

I understand if you can't but please let me know. If you could upgrade the kernel so teamspeak is hosted in UK.

Well I must agree with there advice on upgrading. Besides, an upgrade is always better. I don't understand the big changes it would make to other clients.

Please let me know this too if it's a no.

Hello Karim,

VPS nodes need custom kernel and we compile our own kernel to make it work for vps service. I am not sure what kernel version you need but open a ticket for our vps team and mention to them to have a word with me.

I'll see if something can be done.
